4. Are the lessons one-on-one or group classes?

5. Which platform do you use for classes?

Yes, if your preferred tutor is available. However, you are always free to book another tutor whenever you wish.

Yes! We offer 2 FREE trial classes for all new students.
11. Can I get more FREE trial classes?
No. FREE trial classes are available only once per student.
12. What happens after my FREE trial classes?
If you enjoy the lessons, you may choose one of our subscription plans to continue learning.
📅 Scheduling
13. Can I choose my own schedule?
Yes! You can book classes based on your preferred tutor’s availability.
14. Can I cancel or reschedule a class?
Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your class up to 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.
15. What happens if I cancel on time?
No class credit will be deducted. You may simply book another available schedule.
16. What happens if I forget to attend my class?
If you do not attend your class and do not cancel at least 10 minutes before the class starts, your class credit will be considered used because the tutor reserved that time exclusively for you.
17. What happens if the tutor cancels the class?
If the tutor cancels a class, no class credit will be deducted. You may reschedule your lesson at no additional cost.
18. Can I take a break from my subscription?
Yes. If you need to pause your lessons due to travel, school, or personal reasons, simply let us know in advance and tell us the date you plan to resume.

19. How do I pay?
We accept secure online payments through our supported payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on your country.
20. Do class credits expire?
No! Your purchased class credits never expire.
21. Can siblings share class credits?
Yes. Parents may transfer unused class credits between siblings.
22. Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Refunds are available for unused paid class credits according to our Return & Refund Policy.
FREE trial classes and promotional bonus classes are not refundable.
23. Can I transfer my subscription to another person?
Yes. Please contact our support team for assistance.

24. Will my child receive homework?
Homework may be provided depending on the student’s age, level, and learning goals.
25. Will my child receive a certificate?
Yes. Students who complete the required lessons may receive a Certificate of Completion.

During the FREE trial classes, our teachers assess your child’s English level and recommend the most suitable learning plan.
27. Can parents watch the lesson?
Yes. Parents are welcome to observe, especially for younger learners.
