Welcome to LanguaConnect English Class. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and online English learning services. By booking a trial class, purchasing a subscription, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. About LanguaConnect English Class

LanguaConnect English Class is an online English school that provides one-on-one English lessons for children and adults through qualified English tutors from different countries.

2. Trial Classes

  • New students are entitled to two (2) FREE trial classes.
  • Trial classes are offered once per student only.
  • After completing the free trial classes, students must purchase a subscription plan to continue taking lessons.

3. Subscription Plans & Class Credits

  • Class credits are added to the student’s account after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Purchased class credits never expire and may be used at any time while the student’s account remains active.
  • Students may use their class credits with any available tutor, subject to tutor availability.
  • Promotional FREE classes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

4. Class Cancellation & Rescheduling

Students may cancel or reschedule their classes through their student dashboard up to 10 minutes before the scheduled class time.

Requests made less than 10 minutes before the class starts cannot be accepted.

If a class is cancelled on time, no class credit will be deducted.

5. No-Show Policy

If a student fails to attend a scheduled class without cancelling at least 10 minutes before the class begins, the class credit will be considered used.

Our tutors reserve their time exclusively for scheduled classes and will remain in the Zoom meeting for the duration of the scheduled lesson.

6. Tutor Cancellation

If a tutor is unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, no class credit will be deducted from the student’s account.

The lesson may be rescheduled at the student’s convenience or the class credit will remain available for future use.

7. Payments

  • Payment must be completed before classes can begin.
  • Subscription plans become active only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, any confirmed purchases will not be affected by future price changes.

8. Refund Policy

Students may request a refund for any unused paid class credits.

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of remaining unused paid class credits at the original purchase price.

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed classes
  • Used class credits
  • FREE promotional classes
  • FREE trial classes

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

9. Family Credit Transfer

Parents may request to transfer purchased class credits between their own children or immediate family members who are registered with LanguaConnect English Class.

10. Student Responsibilities

Students and parents agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Join classes on time.
  • Maintain respectful behavior toward teachers and staff.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment during lessons.
  • Follow all school policies and procedures.

11. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, PDFs, recordings, and educational resources provided by LanguaConnect English Class remain the intellectual property of LanguaConnect English Class.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

LanguaConnect English Class shall not be held responsible for interruptions or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power interruptions, natural disasters, technical failures, or force majeure events.

13. Changes to These Terms

LanguaConnect English Class reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
