At LanguaConnect English Class<\/strong>, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for all our students and parents.<\/p>\n

Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing any subscription plan.<\/p>\n

1. Payments<\/h2>\n

All subscription fees must be paid in advance<\/strong> before classes begin.<\/p>\n

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, the purchased class credits will be added to the student’s account.<\/p>\n

\n

2. Refund Eligibility<\/h2>\n

Students may request a refund for any unused paid class credits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Refunds will be calculated based on the number of remaining unused paid classes<\/strong> at the original purchase price.<\/p>\n

\n

3. Non-Refundable Items<\/h2>\n

The following are not eligible for a refund<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Completed classes<\/li>\n
  • Used class credits<\/li>\n
  • FREE Trial Classes<\/li>\n
  • FREE Bonus Classes received through promotions<\/li>\n
  • Any promotional gifts or rewards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    4. Refund Calculation<\/h2>\n

    Refunds are based only on the remaining paid<\/strong> class credits.<\/p>\n

    Example:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Purchased: 20 Classes<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Completed: 5 Classes<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Remaining: 15 Paid Classes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      The refund will be based on the value of the 15 unused paid classes<\/strong>.
      \nAny payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (if applicable) may be deducted from the refundable amount.<\/p>\n

      If a subscription included FREE bonus classes, those bonus classes are promotional and are not refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      5. Tutor Cancellation<\/h2>\n

      If a tutor cancels a scheduled class, no class credit will be deducted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Students may simply reschedule the lesson or use the credit for another available tutor.<\/p>\n

      \n

      6. Student Cancellation<\/h2>\n

      Students may cancel or reschedule a class up to 10 minutes before the scheduled class time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      If cancelled within the allowed time, no class credit will be deducted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Requests made less than 10 minutes before the class starts cannot be accommodated.<\/p>\n

      7. No-Show Policy<\/h2>\n

      If a student does not attend a scheduled class without cancelling at least 10 minutes before<\/strong> the class begins, the class credit will be considered used<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Our tutors reserve their schedule exclusively for each student and remain available for the full duration of the lesson.<\/p>\n

      8. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n

      Approved refunds will be processed within 7\u201314 business days<\/strong> using the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\n

      Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.<\/p>\n

      9. How to Request a Refund<\/h2>\n
